Bexar County Constable's Department Precinct Three

The Precinct Three Warrant Division processes all types of warrants (Class C Misdemeanors) that are issued by the Justice of the Peace Courts.

If you know you have been written a ticket in the past by one of the following:

  • Deputy Constable
  • Bexar County Sheriff's Deputy
  • Bexar County Code Compliance
  • Department of Public Safety Officer
  • Texas Parks and Wildlife Officer
  • Texas Alcohol and Beverage Commission Officer
  • Union Pacific Railroad Police
  • University of Texas at San Antonio Police Officer
  • NorthEast Independent School District Police Officer
  • Northside Independent School District Police Officer
  • Judson Independent School District Police Officer

Your ticket may be processed by our courts, depending on the area where your ticket was issued. The Justice Court is responsible for the ticket while it is still in the violation stage. When the judge of the justice court has exhausted administrative options, they then convert the violations to warrants by signing the appropriate documents. The court sends the warrants to our Warrant Division to be worked.
