The civil division of the Constable's department main function is the service of civil process. These officers diligently attempt to locate and deliver court subpoenas, citations, notices, writs, evictions, and many other forms of court documents. All civil documents received by this department are immediately attempted at all addresses provided. If the officer is unable to locate the individuals listed, they will then research the whereabouts of the listed parties. If an alternate address is located inside our precinct, the officers will attempt to deliver the documents at no additional cost. After service is completed, the officers will fully complete all necessary forms and affidavits and return to documents to the originating court(s).
